Fire Chief Shepley Schroth-Cary has been with the District since 1994. He started as a Fire Explorer and has worked his way through the ranks to his current position as Fire Chief for the District. Shepley worked for CAL FIRE for 16 years prior to his permanent position at Gold Ridge.
